Prices
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Typographical errors are also subject to change.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will not generally be charged for sales outside the state of Florida. Sales within the state of Florida will have sales tax on the total order as well as any shipping charges.
Payment Terms
Unless otherwise agreed to beforehand, payment is to be made in full by credit card, money order, check or cash prior to shipment. All lathes are made to order and require a 50% down payment.
Shipping and Handling
All products are shipped FOB Jacksonville, Florida 32225 by the best means possible. Orders in excess of 150 lbs. will be common carrier to a commercial location. Home delivery with a lift gate can be arranged.
All shipments should be inspected immediately. If there is damage to the shipment, have the carrier make a written note of the damage. All claims must be filed by the consignee. EBO INC will do everything possible to aid in the process; however, our legal responsibility ends when the carrier signs the bill of lading acknowledging that the customer has received the shipment in good condition.
Items shipped outside the U.S. and Canada may have extra charges. Overseas orders must be paid for by credit card and taxes and duty will be charged when due.

Cancellation
Cancelled orders for custom built products will be subject to costs incurred prior to the cancellation.
Delivery Dates
EBO INC will make all reasonable efforts to meet promised delivery dates.
Not for Retail Sale
Customer agrees that he/she is buying for his/her own use and not for immediate resale as new equipment. EBO INC has other terms for sale to retailers.
